Stephanie

After bouncing around the United States, Stephanie has been a resident of Portland, Oregon since 2015. Raised in Central Wisconsin, Stephanie grew up embracing the Midwest spirit. She is always ready to lend a hand, work hard, and bring snacks. Growing up in a home that valued an industrious, creative, and adventurous way of life, she learned that experiences are what make life worth living. While spending summers with family in the rural wooded Upper Peninsula of Michigan, love and gratitude towards nature and animals became something that fuels her.

Stephanie loves finding new insights to the world, large and small. Simple things like a great cup of coffee, sunlight on trees, or a perfectly organized spreadsheet really make her day. Appreciating the little things is important!

In her spare time, she enjoys a number of hands-on, artistic and creative endeavors. She loves to shop for antique furniture, make handmade cards, create in the kitchen, and read. She also has discovered joy in pet-sitting: she is great at being a human assistant to creatures of all shapes and sizes! So far, her pet sitting repertoire includes cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, a bearded dragon, and fish.

Stephanie is excited to join the Mango family and is ready to go to Africa to find even more adventure!
